At KELY, we never view young people merely as "service recipients". We firmly believe in a "for youth, by youth" approach, rather than simply delivering programmes, our goal is to offer a platform and space for youth to take the lead in designing their own initiatives. Our summer internship programme serves as a key channel for them to turn their ideas into action.
This summer, watching our interns grow from exploring new ideas to independently driving projects has brought boundless creativity and energy to KELY. One intern shared with us: "I realised people genuinely care about our mental health here. I often used to hear adults say 'everyone faces pressure, you’ll be fine once you grow up.' But at KELY, my feelings were truly heard and valued." This feedback deeply moved us and reinforced our commitment to supporting youth mental health.
KELY Support Group is honoured to sign the EOC’s "Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers". Beyond supporting ethnically diverse youth, we lead by example to cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and equal workplace. Every unique background fuels our team's innovation and growth. We will continue driving positive change across our community.

衷心感謝香港瑞士協會、香港瑞士商會及瑞士駐港澳總領事館的慷慨支持！啟勵非常榮幸成為「2026 瑞士國慶慶祝晚宴」的受惠機構，當晚慈善抽獎共籌得超過 12 萬港元，將全數用於推動青年賦權與精神健康項目。特別感謝啟勵榮譽主席 Andrew Jones 致辭，以及「成功在望！」計劃的同學與雜耍導師登台精彩演出，展現青年的自信與光芒！
A massive thank you to The Swiss Association, Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and Consulate General of Switzerland in HK & Macau for championing KELY! We are incredibly grateful to be the beneficiary of the Swiss National Day Celebration 2026, which raised over HK$120,000 for our youth empowerment and mental health programmes. Special thanks to KELY’s Emeritus Chairman Andrew Jones for his inspiring speech, and our "Get Positive!" youth for shining brightly on stage during their juggling performance!
2026 心理學與精神健康博覽會 Psychology & Mental Health Fair 2026
KELY was thrilled to join the "Psychology and Mental Health Fair 2026" as a supporting organisation! Centred on the theme of promoting daily mental well-being, our booth featured "Letters to the Future," a mood board, and our 35th Anniversary charity sale featuring blind boxes and special edition phone straps handcrafted by youth. All proceeds go directly to support our youth development programmes. Thank you for championing youth mental health with us!
